Mr. Rossof has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Mr. Rossof was co-founder of Guidance Ca (subsequently acquired by William Blair & Company L.L.C.). Over his career he was Director of Risk Management and Finance in investment management and consulting firms including Morgan Stanley, Ennis Knupp & Associates, and The John Nuveen Company. Mr. Rossof holds both a BA and MA in Economics from Boston University. Jake holds the CFA®, FRM, and PRM designations.
