Mr. Stepanek has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. His background includes design, development, and deployment of mission critical applications for risk management, trading, regulatory, clearing, accounting, order management, and trade strategy research & development purposes. His career has included working for O’Connor & Associates and Hull Trading. Mr. Stepanek graduated from Bradley University with a BS in Computer Science.
